My journey from academia to entrepreneurship began with a strong foundation in finance, earning a BBA from Ohio University and an MS in Finance from Purdue University. Returning to India in 2019, I applied my expertise in Portfolio Management, successfully navigating both Equity and Fixed Income markets. Over years, I've broadened my business scope, gaining valuable experience across diverse sectors including Retail, Agriculture, and Education. In 2022, I leveraged this background to launch WurkZone, a venture born fwith vision to democratize access to quality co-working spaces for India's burgeoning ecosystem.

Neha Agarwal

Co-Founder

My career has been built on a foundation of strategic business development, honed during my time at Vodafone, where I led initiatives across the dynamic film and telecom industries. With an MBA in Marketing from Sinhgad Institutes, I've cultivated a specialisation in Operations, Communications, Leadership, and Sales, all aimed at helping brands thrive in competitive environments. In 2024, I joined WurkZone as a Co-Founder. My goal is to drive the brand's international growth while ensuring our foundational motto 'Client Always Comes First' remains at the heart of everything we do.

Rohan Agarwal

Social Media & Marketing

Since joining WurkZone in 2025 as the Social Media & Marketing Manager, I've been focused on elevating our brand's visibility and engagement. My role involves leading digital campaigns, executing impactful events, and crafting compelling creative narratives to attract professionals and startups. I am dedicated to keeping WurkZone top-of-mind as a premier destination for modern workspaces. I hold a B.Tech in C.S with a specialization in AI and Data Science, where I developed strong expertise in data-driven solutions, algorithms, and emerging technologies.

Aditi Agarwal

Strategic Planning

Following my Master's degree from Imperial College London, I began my career at PubMatic, where I was responsible for shaping the company's long-term vision. This involved analyzing market trends, Research analysis, Vision alignment and aligning resources to achieve them. I joined WurkZone in 2023 as a Strategic Marketing Advisor. In this role, I am focused on driving innovation, Planning, growth and scalability to position WurkZone as the preferred co-working destination for a new generation of professionals, freelancers and businesses.

Anil Sharma

Business Development

After joining WurkZone in late 2025, my primary focus has been on driving growth through strategic partnerships and fostering client relationships that last. My goal is to ensure that every professional and startup that walks through our doors not only finds the perfect workspace but also gains a dedicated partner in their journey. By expanding our network and strengthening our market presence, I am committed to creating opportunities that help our clients thrive and succeed.

Ranjeet Singh

Sales & Operations

I joined WurkZone in 2023 as the Sales & Operations Manager. My role is centered on both driving revenue and ensuring operational excellence. I oversee the entire sales process, from converting leads into clients, while also managing the day-to-day facilities and ensuring a seamless experience for our members. This dual focus ensures that WurkZone is both efficient and customer-centric, fueling our continued growth.
