Welcome to WurkZone! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our coworking space and services. By using our services, booking a desk, or accessing our facilities, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Space

You agree to use the space responsibly and not engage in any illegal or disruptive activities.

Noise should be kept to a minimum to respect other members.

Keep your area clean. Leave it the way you found it.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings (day passes, cabins, conference rooms) must be made in advance through our website or help desk.

Payments are to be made upfront. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Rescheduling is allowed only once, at least 24 hours before the booking time.

3. Timings

Standard access: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM.

Access outside these hours requires prior permission.

4. Wi-Fi and Internet

Fair usage policy applies. Heavy downloads or misuse may lead to reduced speed or disconnection.

5. Confidentiality

Please respect the privacy of others. Do not view or tamper with others’ screens, documents, or belongings.

6. Security & Damages

You are responsible for your belongings. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items.

Any damage caused by you to our property will be charged.

7. Termination of Services

WurkZone reserves the right to ask any member to leave in case of violation of these Terms.

Memberships or access can be revoked without refund if rules are repeatedly broken.

8. Community Guidelines

Be kind, helpful, and inclusive.

No discrimination or harassment of any kind will be tolerated.
